Wild Barn is on the move!

Big changes are brewing at Wild Barn!

After a couple of brilliant years based in Caol, Fort William (and starting out even earlier in a barn over in Annat), I’m excited to share that Wild Barn Brewery is moving to Oban.

This has been a huge decision—one that comes with mixed emotions—but ultimately, it’s the right move to help the business grow, evolve, and reach more people who love good beer.

Why the Move?

Oban is a bit closer to home for me, and it’s a town with such a great energy, community feel, and a love for local food and drink. Over the past year, I’ve already seen a real appetite for Wild Barn beer there—with local pubs, shops and drinkers all showing amazing support.

Moving to Oban gives me the space (and the buzz!) to take the next step: expanding the brewery, launching a taproom, and building Wild Barn into something even bigger and better.

Before anything else—I want to say a huge thank you to everyone in Caol, Fort William and the wider Lochaber area who’s supported Wild Barn since the beginning. Whether you’ve popped in for cans, shared a pint with friends, stocked the beer, or just passed on kind words of encouragement—I’m very grateful.

What Happens Next?

I’ll keep you posted with all the key dates, but here’s what’s coming up:

• Last day to purchase from the Caol unit – I’ll announce this soon, so there’s still time to stock up before the move

• Summer delivery slots – I’ll be offering local deliveries so you can still get your Wild Barn fix, even after I’m based in Oban

• The taproom opens in mid-May – and I can’t wait to welcome you!
